Help me learn about oppression/opportunity in society?

Hey guys! I’m taking a Sociology class this semester and I’m currently doing a project on the Matrix of Domination - this is how the combination of your race, class, and gender work together to place you in a position of oppression or opportunity. I need to interview a couple different people who are in different locations in the matrix (that is, differing in race, class, and/or gender) than myself: a white middle-class female.

IF you identify as or are perceived as something other than that and you feel like discussing how those perceptions have given you opportunity and oppressed you, I would really appreciate it if you’d inbox some answers to the following:

1) What is your location in the Matrix of Domination? Where do you place yourself or where does society place you in terms of race, class, and gender?

2) How does society oppress you in regards to all three of those things in combination?

3) What opportunities do you have in society in regards to all three of those things in combination?

4) Anything else you’d like to share about your experiences, etc. :)

Thank you so much for your help!
